Perspective

Keep in mind, there is textbook theory and practical application, which aren't always perfectly aligned. In this picture, Kolecki is in the initial movement of the second pull. His arms are slightly bent. Wrong? Well, you tell him that - he's one of the best in the sport in his weight class. Point being, start with the theory and make the appropriate modifications based on the lifter (if any are necessary).
