Note the upright torso, bar position just behind the head and squarely over the hips, front shin perpendicular to the floor, back leg sunk low to get down under the barbell. Excellent demonstration of proper jerk form.
Where's your chest on setup and once the barbell leaves the floor? In either lift, should be big/open and forward facing - not facing the floor or closed. This is achieved by keeping the back tight and actively engaged (shoulders back, lats active, lumbar curve preserved).
Both realtime and slow-motion footage of Naim Suleymanoglu's snatch/clean & jerk attempts in the 1988 Olympics. For all curious about proper technique, it doesn't get any better than this.
