3-15-08 Training

While the ultimate goal of our training is to be able to get increasingly heavier loads from the floor to overhead, it is crucial to not let heavier weights impair form and technique.

If form or technique begins to suffer due to heavier loads, scale back and ensure that training occurs in a weight range where the integrity of the movements is preserved.

Strong effort on the platform this weekend - in preparation for next week, more tall cleans and snatches, front squats and stretching to improve flexibility in the ankles and hips.
