Save the date

MD State and Potomac Valley Olympic Weightlifting Championships are being held in Frederick, MD at Fort Detrick on May 10th.

This will be a good opportunity to lift in a low key, local meet with athletes of various abilities. If anyone is interested, contact me or Tom for more details.
