Here are some excellent photos, taken by Rob Macklem, of the 48kg women at the European Championships in Italy. Yes guys, these women weight just under 106lbs!
You know, I thought if I posted some pictures of accomplished women weightlifters, it might drag a couple lurkers out of the darkness and onto the comment section. Looks like Dirk Diggler was #1 onto the floor.

Ok, I'll bite:
1. Can you tell how much weight she's lifting in those pics?
2. Would regularly attending our Saturday sessions enable me to do a flip like she did in the last pic???

I believe the snatch is 89kg and the clean & jerk is 121kg
