March 14th at the Merritt's Downtown Athletic Club (in Baltimore).
While this is designed to be a developmental meet (low key, unimposing atmosphere) the event will be sanctioned, so USAW membership is required.
If you have not already signed up with USAW, you can go their website and do it online.
While anyone is welcome to participate in the event, RSVP is needed, so contact me at fred@capitalbarbellclub.com and I will add you to the list.
